Ingredients
Amount per daily serving:
- Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root powder - 500mg
- Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root (extract 4:1) - 100mg
- Sage (Salvia officinalis) leaf (extract 4:1) - 300mg
- Choline (from Choline DL-Bitartrate) - 200mg equiv.
- Chromium (Picolinate) - 150mcg equiv.
Additional ingredients (Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate)
Directions:
- Take 3 x capsules daily with or without food.
- Capsules can be taken altogether or spread out throughout the day, depending on when the support is most needed.
Is this product right for me?
- Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medications.
- Not recommended if you have a known nightshade allergy as it contains Ashwagandha - a member of the nightshade family.
